Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission Sales Associate to join our team. As a full-time hybrid role based in Patna, you will have the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. Your primary responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, providing information about Eduveera's services, and guiding students and parents through our offerings. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of university admissions or education services is a plus
• Organized, proactive, and adept at multitasking
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid structure and manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; experience in sales, education, or counseling is advantageous
