Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in New Delhi. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating sales leads, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The role involves meeting sales targets, conducting market research, providing product demonstrations, and attending networking events to enhance company presence. Additionally, the associate will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Knowledge of market research techniques and sales strategies Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in the marketing or PR industry is a plus Willingness to travel as required Show more Show less
