Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis II to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
Ensure all food products are stored properly and used within their expiration dates.
Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commis II or similar role in a professional kitchen setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and quality control.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, and dish washing machines.
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the culinary arts.
