Food Preparation and Cooking: Preparation of ingredients and cooking dishes as per recipes and instructions Maintenance of consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation Kitchen Operations: Daily kitchen operations efficiently and check adherence to assigned tasks Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of meals Hygiene and Safety: Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling food and equipment Ensure proper storage and labelling of ingredients Cleaning of utensils and kitchen equipment Inventory Management: Report shortages or issues with ingredients or kitchen equipment to Kitchen Manager Learning & Development: Stay updated with culinary techniques and kitchen trends Picking up Culinary Skills while on the Job Teamwork: Support the kitchen team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment Take on additional responsibilities as needed during peak hours
