Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi Chef at Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Pine N Peak Pahalgam. The Commi Chef will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including food preparation, cooking, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the kitchen team in various culinary tasks. The role requires working in a dynamic kitchen environment while adhering to the highest safety and health standards.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Knowledge on Culinary Skills and Hygiene standards
• Strong Communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Formal culinary training or degree in Culinary Arts is preferred
