Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commi Chef at Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels, Pine N Peak Pahalgam. The Commi Chef will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including food preparation, cooking, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the kitchen team in various culinary tasks. The role requires working in a dynamic kitchen environment while adhering to the highest safety and health standards. Qualifications Food Preparation and Cooking skills Knowledge on Culinary Skills and Hygiene standards Strong Communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Formal culinary training or degree in Culinary Arts is preferred
