Job Title: Commi 1 – Continental Cuisine Location: Sector 17, Chandigarh & Sector 66, Mohali Experience Required: 3–6 Years Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes such as pasta, grills, soups, sauces, salads, and baked items. Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards as per recipes and guidelines. Assist the CDP / Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations. Ensure proper hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness at all times. Monitor stock, handle ingredients carefully, and practice FIFO (First In, First Out) in storage. Support in menu planning, specials, and new recipe development. Handle rush hours efficiently while ensuring timely service. Requirements: 3–6 years of proven experience in continental cuisine in hotels, restaurants, or fine dining setups. Strong knowledge of sauces, salads, grills, pastas, and modern plating techniques. Ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy. Good communication skills and team spirit. Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to operational needs.
