Job Description

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, quality standards, and portion control guidelines.
  • Assist the Chef de Partie/DCDP in daily kitchen operations.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and labelled.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of work stations and equipment.
  • Follow food safety, HACCP, and hygiene rules at all times.
  • Assist in inventory control and stock rotation.
  • Support junior commis and help maintain smooth workflow during service.
  • Monitor food wastage and contribute to cost control.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and taste consistency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
