Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Generate new business through field visits, leads, and referrals.
  • Sell commercial vehicles (LCV/HCV) to individual customers, fleet owners, and transporters.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams for loan, documentation, and delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM.
  • Participate in sales promotions, road shows, and marketing activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in

    commercial vehicle sales

    (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in field sales and meet targets.
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle financing and documentation.
