Commercial Real Estate Sales Representative

You will be working as a Real Estate Sales Representative for Vistaram Realty, a leading real estate development company based in Ahmedabad. Your role will involve assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This full-time, on-site position requires you to conduct property viewings, negotiate transactions, provide top-notch customer service, and stay updated on real estate market trends. You will be instrumental in generating leads and ensuring smooth transactions. Your main responsibilities will include leading sales efforts for commercial space offerings across various projects, establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential partners, as well as sourcing and converting commercial investors, institutional buyers, and high-net-worth individuals. You will drive site visits, deliver investment pitches, and oversee client conversions, all while keeping the leadership team informed about sales progress, market insights, and investor behavior. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will help develop campaigns tailored to commercial investors. Negotiating deals, finalizing agreements, and managing documentation will also be part of your job scope in coordination with legal and finance teams. To excel in this role, you should have 3-10 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, with a proven track record of success. A robust network of Channel Partners, International Property Consultants, and commercial investors is essential. Additionally, you should possess a solid understanding of commercial asset classes like retail spaces, office parks, warehouses, and pre-leased assets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills are crucial, along with a self-motivated and target-oriented approach to handling high-value transactions independently.
