Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the complete commercial process associated with global Integrity Management & Digital Solutions (IMDS) business at Oceaneering India Center. Your role will involve providing leadership to the commercial team, supporting project delivery & operations teams, and managing all processes and procedures that support the Commercial Management of the business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Promote the company and support the development of Business Unit strategies - Investigate, formulate, and recommend policy, procedural, or process changes to improve or enhance service/product delivery - Analyze and review customer requirements, and investigate new or alternative commercial responses - Collate accurate information on competitors pricing from the market and other sources - Prepare and organize bid/no bid meetings - Define rate build up requirements and set standards for cost transparency and control - Ensure risks associated with tenders and projects are identified, understood, and mitigated - Engage with stakeholders to ensure accurate completion of tender requirements and document preparation - Organize, participate, and lead bid reviews for Executive approvals - Support operations delivery teams in understanding contract content and assisting in the preparation of CTRs - Ensure completion of special conditions in support of CTRs and proposals - Engage with Contracts/legal team to align the contracts terms and condition with the Oceaneerings contracting principles - Conduct lessons learnt reviews ensuring that the internal feedback loop on the commercial aspects of projects is fed back into tenders - Drive feedback of actual cost data into the bidding process to focus price points for tendering - Perform lost bid assessments from commercial aspects and align commercial actions/strategies based on lessons learnt - Provide Commercial & Contractual support in establishing subcontractors for projects/tenders **Qualifications:** **Required:** - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Management Commerce or other relevant discipline - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Commercial role, preferably in inspection services/integrity Management industry **Preferred:** - Experience of working in the O&G industry and dealing with similar clients - MBA in commerce or contract management areas You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be a quick learner, have excellent organizing & planning skills, collaborate effectively in a global team environment, and have strong interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, driven, flexible to travel based on business needs, and have problem-solving abilities. Business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of data quickly and accurately are also essential for this role.,
