Key Responsibilities
Manage vendor negotiations, costing, and pricing for fabrics and garments.
Collaborate with design & sourcing teams to finalize fabric and trim costing.
Oversee order management, T&A calendar, and production follow-ups.
Maintain commercial policies, payment cycles, and margin planning.
Liaise with mills, factories, and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency & timely deliveries.
Support senior management in business forecasts and profitability analysis.
Ensure compliance with statutory & quality standards.
Desired Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising/commercial roles within apparel/clothing.
Strong knowledge of knitwear fabrics, GSM, trims, and yield management.
Hands-on experience with costing sheets, Excel, ERP/merchandising systems.
Proven track record in vendor management & supply chain coordination.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
