As a Commercial Management Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for
Ensure contracts are current, high performing and aligned with operational needs Lead the commercial management of suppliers including AV Services, Technology Services and Project Management, working closely with Service Owners and Procurement Maintain and update a detailed contract management tracker (including start/end dates, activity, resource levels) Support contract extensions and amendments with financial summaries and reporting Work with the Service Owner to resolve service delivery issues promptly and effectively Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to policies, procedures and legislation Build strong relationships across AWS/LTS and Procurement and with external suppliers Support Service Owners in applying best practice supplier management Assist in developing supplier scorecards and performance reports Provide input into key commercial management reporting Support the development of new processes to enhance supplier management practices Shadow and support the Commercial Management Team Lead and Commercial Management Team Specialist on complex contracts Manage sharepoint access and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Qualification
