Commercial Loan Origination professional with expertise in nCino

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute the product roadmap for

  nCino

  implementation in coordination with the Lead Product Manager
• Drive execution across multiple workstreams of the

  Commercial Loan Origination

  journey
• Develop use case strategies, define backlog, and manage sprint planning within an Agile framework
• Analyze as-is and to-be business process flows and support solution architecture
• Ensure alignment of functional and technical designs with business goals
• Manage and execute

  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  plans and validate production readiness
• Assess and prioritize defects, managing business sign-offs for resolution
• Act as a

  Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  on nCino platform capabilities
• Regularly update stakeholders and leadership teams on status, roadblocks, and outcomes
• Monitor and analyze product KPIs to ensure delivery of expected business value
• Partner with training and communication teams to support rollout and adoption
• Work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional user experiences across customer touchpoints
