Job Description

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Commercial Leasing & Sales Executive/Manager to lead the leasing and sales strategy for our upcoming premium commercial developments in GIFT City.

This role involves identifying potential clients, managing relationships with corporates and channel partners, negotiating lease/sale deals, and ensuring high occupancy and brand visibility within India’s most promising financial hub.


Key Responsibilities


Drive leasing and sales of commercial spaces (offices, retail, co-working, etc.) within Rajyash’s GIFT City developments.

• Build and manage strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, IPCs (International Property Consultants), and local brokers.

• Develop and execute a leasing strategy aligned with project positioning and company goals.

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitive trends, and pricing benchmarks.

• Handle end-to-end leasing/sales process – from client inquiry, property presentation, negotiation, documentation, and closure.

• Coordinate with marketing and branding teams for promotional campaigns, site activations, and events.

• Prepare and present regular sales and leasing reports, performance dashboards, and forecasts to management.

• Represent Rajyash Group at property exhibitions, corporate meetings, and industry events.

• Ensure superior client experience aligned with Rajyash Group’s brand standards.



Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Marketing.

• 3–10 years of experience in commercial leasing/sales, preferably with Grade-A developers or IPCs.

• Strong networking and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closures.

• Understanding of commercial real estate dynamics, legal documentation, and financial aspects.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of professionalism, market intelligence, and client orientation.
