Commercial Leasing Director

Role Overview: As an experienced and strategic Director in Commercial Leasing, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage retail leasing operations. This entails driving revenue generation, managing the leasing lifecycle, ensuring profitability, and providing data-driven market insights. Your deep understanding of the commercial real estate landscape, expertise in leasing strategy, negotiation skills, and team leadership abilities are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement retail leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental yield - Lead end-to-end leasing processes for various types of developments - Build strong relationships with corporate tenants, brokers, and stakeholders - Be accountable for the P&L of the commercial leasing vertical - Monitor leasing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning to meet revenue targets - Identify and secure new leasing opportunities and anchor tenants - Drive sales strategies to increase occupancy rates - Leverage market networks to close leasing deals - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and track market trends - Recommend property upgrades or repositioning for maximum returns - Oversee leasing for large-scale commercial projects - Collaborate with development and project teams for market-aligned designs Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field - 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate with 5+ years in a leadership role - Proven track record in commercial leasing, P&L management, revenue growth - Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills - Experience in real estate is mandatory Additional Details: This is a full-time, permanent position located in Gurgaon with a morning shift schedule.,
