Role Overview As a Sales Executive specializing in Energy Sales, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities through proactive cold calling. Your efforts will be crucial in expanding our customer base and contributing to a sustainable future. Key Responsibilities ● Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our services and identifying potential business opportunities. ● Client Qualification: Assess the needs of potential clients to determine suitability for our products and services. ● Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the sales team to further discuss tailored energy solutions. ● CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and prospects in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information for follow-ups. ● Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective cold calling and lead conversion strategies. ● Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position our products. ● Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts. Mandatory Requirements: ● Education: Bachelor's degree. ● Experience: Minimum of 6months - 1 year in sales or business development (international process). ● Skills: ○ Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation techniques. ○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ○ Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation. ○ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
