Commercial Interior Design On Site Supervisor

As a full-service design and build firm, you will specialize in providing end-to-end solutions involving architectural design, construction, and project management. Your role will involve overseeing all activities on the Commercial Interior Design and build site to ensure that the project is executed according to plan. You will act as the liaison between the design team, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and coordination. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring quality control, compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and building codes. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring site operations, supervising work progress, assigning tasks to workers and subcontractors, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently and according to the project schedule. You will also be responsible for facilitating effective communication between project teams, adhering to project schedules, conducting regular inspections to maintain quality standards, and verifying compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. Resource and material management will be a key aspect of your role, involving managing on-site inventory, overseeing material handling to prevent damage, and ensuring the efficient use of resources. Health and safety management will be another critical responsibility, requiring you to implement safety protocols, enforce regulations, and address any safety concerns that may arise on site. Your role will also involve documenting daily site activities, providing progress reports to stakeholders, interacting with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading and motivating the site team, providing training on site-specific procedures and safety practices, conducting final inspections, and overseeing the handover process to ensure client satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess project management and site management skills, experience in overseeing large commercial interior design and build projects, attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to work well under pressure, knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. You should also be willing to work PAN India as per the site allotted to you.,
