Role Overview: As a Commercial Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial and economic success of the organization. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing commercial strategies to align with overall business objectives. Working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations departments, you will maximize profitability and market reach by analyzing market trends, developing pricing strategies, and negotiating contracts to achieve desired outcomes. Your role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of commercial processes. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze market trends and data to inform business strategy and pricing decisions. - Develop and implement effective commercial and pricing strategies to enhance profitability. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, vendors, and partners for favorable terms. - Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to meet objectives. - Work alongside the finance team to forecast revenue and manage financial performance. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. - Review and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve outcomes. - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all commercial activities. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize commercial processes and workflows. - Support the development of long-term business strategies and market plans. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. - Minimum of three years of experience in a commercial or financial role. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. - Proven experience in contract negotiation and management of commercial agreements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.,
