Job Responsibility
1. To prepare plant controlling MIS covering each and every sales & cost/expense component so as to analyze Plant accounting (P&L).
2. Improvement projects on variable overheads to minimize the cost inquired.
3. To freeze monthly, quarterly and financial year budgets along with operations and tracking respectively.
4. To prepare variance analysis and standard costing.
5. To prepare Costing profit & loss with respect to product and plant (unit).
6. To calculate machine hour rate to validate the costing sheets principles in product costing.
7. To analyze trend of various purchase and submit findings to Unit head and Purchase head
8. Debtors & Creditors management and ROI, applicable in case of Chennai.
9. To monitor the scrap sale and sales profitability.
10. To control FG sale & non-moving items sale.
11. To conduct cost audit and internal audit (Store, plants & FG) to ensure the required set of compliance is fulfilled in the unit.
12. To coordinate statutory audits & GST Audits.
13. Advance tax calculation (TDS and TCS Signoff).
14. To maintain cost record as per company act.
15. Freight, forwarding outward cost checking bill wise.
