Job Summary: The Commercial Executive will be responsible for supporting commercial operations, managing client accounts, preparing quotations, coordinating contracts, and ensuring smooth documentation processes within the facility management division. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and cost sheets as per client requirements. Support tendering processes, including documentation, submission, and follow-up. Review contracts, service agreements, and ensure compliance with company policies. Coordinate with operations, procurement, and finance teams for commercial-related tasks. Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, renewals, and billing details. Prepare MIS reports, commercial summaries, and analysis for management review. Handle client communication related to pricing, contracts, and follow-ups. Track receivables and support the finance team in timely collections. Assist in vendor coordination and ensure timely approvals and documentation. Ensure all commercial activities comply with legal and company standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial operations in the Facility Management industry . Strong knowledge of contracts, quotations, pricing, and tender processes. Excellent MS Excel and documentation skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
