About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company professionally and positively.
  
• Support Sales and Business Development teams with analysis, proposal creation, costing, and quote approvals.
  
• Lead proposal planning, preparation, and submission across multiple geographies.
  
• Conduct quality checks ensuring proposal compliance and alignment with client needs.
  
• Collaborate on deal structuring, commercial, and pricing models.
  
• Manage bid processes, stakeholder mapping, and deal reviews.
  
• Perform competitor analysis and customer research to support sales efforts.
  
• Assist in contract and agreement documentation in coordination with finance and legal teams.
  
• Prepare management reports including MIS, forecasting, and cash flow documentation.
  
• Maintain excellent work ethics, attention to detail, punctuality, and professionalism.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Postgraduate / MBA in Finance.
  
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in commercial roles. Prior MBA experience preferred.
  
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced functions/macros), and PowerPoint.
  
• Excellent analytical skills for reporting and costing.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with flexibility and meet deadlines.
  
• Retail domain knowledge is a plus.
