Commercial Executive

This is a Full-Time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Billing and Commercial Executive at OORJAA The Commercial Executive will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely client billing, optimizing vendor costs, conducting P&L analysis, and negotiating rates with vendors. This role requires a strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to provide insightful management information system (MIS) reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Billing: Generate and review client invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms. Maintain billing records and resolve billing discrepancies promptly. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payment collection.

Vendor Billing and Costing: Review and verify vendor invoices, reconciling them with contracts and service agreements. Analyze vendor costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate favorable rates. Ensure vendor payments are processed efficiently and within established timelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commercial, Business Administration or related field
Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with financial reportingExperience with billing software and working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with minimal supervision and function effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAttention to detail and ability to handle confidential informationMinimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Billing and Commercial Executive, or related roleStrong analytical and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask
