Commercial Executive

Commercial, Procurement & Sales Coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders, delivery schedules, and documentation.
  
• Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
  
• Verify and process supplier invoices for payment.
  
• Coordinate with buyers regarding order execution, delivery schedules, and dispatch details.
  
• Prepare all sales operation documents such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and e-way bills
  
• Ensure timely dispatch of goods in line with buyer requirements.
  
• Maintain records of sales transactions and shipment details.
  

Stores & Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update ERP/stock registers regularly.
  
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
  
• Ensure storage conditions meet product requirements and safety standards.
  
• Maintain minimum stock levels and reorder materials as required.
  

Customs Clearance & Logistics

• Prepare and verify necessary documents for domestic customs clearance.
  
• Coordinate with customs officials, clearing agents, and transporters for smooth clearance and delivery.
  
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT norms, and other statutory requirements.
  

Coordination & Reporting

• Liaise with production, quality control, logistics, and finance teams for order fulfilment.
  
• Provide regular MIS reports on stock, dispatches, and sales documentation.
  
• Address any buyer queries related to deliveries or documentation.
  

• Knowledge of customs clearance, and EXIM documentation.
  
• Strong inventory management skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  
• Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
  
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  
• Years of experience in commercial operations, preferably in a manufacturing/trading company.
  
• Hands-on experience in customs clearance and store operations is essential.
