Area Sales Manager- Radiology or Surgical

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, profitability, and market share objectives. In addition, you will lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to enhance performance and productivity. Conducting regular performance reviews, providing training to enhance the team's skills, setting clear objectives, and monitoring team progress against established KPIs will also be part of your responsibilities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders will be crucial. You will need to address customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction, as well as conduct regular visits to key accounts to strengthen partnerships. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the assigned territory will be essential.
