As a Channel Partner Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify and onboard new channel partners while developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to align efforts and achieve mutual goals. Monitoring industry trends, staying updated on competitors and market conditions, creating and managing budgets and forecasts, and implementing onboarding/offboarding programs for channel partners will also be part of your duties. You will be expected to measure and report on the performance of channel partners using metrics such as sales and revenue, as well as identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the partner network. Providing support and guidance on product and solution offerings to channel partners, attending industry events and conferences, and promoting the company will also be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have 1-2 years of experience in channel partner management, proficiency in customer relationship management, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in presenting to partners and stakeholders, knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners are essential. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, time management, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team will be crucial for success in this role.,
