Admitad is a global provider of innovative performance marketing solutions, monetization technologies, partnership services, and earning management with a partner network of more than 3000 advertisers and +100K active publishers. We are currently seeking a Commercial Director for the APAC region. As the Commercial Director, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic business development initiatives, leading client servicing teams, and spearheading new client acquisition specifically in the APAC region, with a strong emphasis on India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to enhance revenue and market share across APAC, focusing on high-growth markets such as India, Singapore, Australia, and SEA. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and closing new business opportunities with advertisers, publishers, media agencies, and tech partners. You will be tasked with building a robust pipeline of new client acquisition opportunities to ensure consistent quarter-on-quarter growth. Additionally, you will be required to establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and identifying upsell opportunities. Collaborating closely with client servicing teams, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional campaign performance and customer experience. As the senior point of contact for escalations and strategic consultations, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing regional market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for business expansion. Furthermore, you will be expected to define go-to-market strategies tailored to different markets within APAC, with a specific focus on localized initiatives for India. Representing the company at industry events, forums, and client meetings across the region will be part of your responsibilities. Leading and mentoring a cross-regional commercial team, setting clear KPIs and performance metrics, and collaborating with product, marketing, and operations teams to align commercial goals with product capabilities and market demands are also crucial aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, we are looking for candidates with 10+ years of experience in business development, client servicing, or commercial leadership within the tech, media, or advertising industry. A deep understanding of the APAC advertising ecosystem, particularly in India and regional markets, is essential. You should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding business portfolios. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required, along with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach. Candidates with an MBA or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field, prior experience in ad tech, martech, or digital media platforms, and multilingual capabilities (English required; regional languages a plus) will be preferred. Additionally, a willingness to travel across APAC for client and internal meetings is necessary.
