Commercial Assistant

As a Commercial Assistant at Lotus Electronics in Indore, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day commercial activities and documentation. Your responsibilities will include checking, verifying, and processing supplier bills and invoices, preparing, processing, and settling supplier and internal claims, onboarding new suppliers, and maintaining up-to-date records in the supplier portal. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining supplier-related data, assisting in product/service costing, and ensuring accurate records. Effective communication with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth operations, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders, will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day commercial activities and documentation. - Check, verify, and process supplier bills and invoices. - Prepare, process, and settle supplier and internal claims. - Onboard new suppliers and maintain up-to-date records in the supplier portal. - Update and maintain supplier-related data and ensure accuracy. - Assist in product/service costing and maintain costing records. - Communicate effectively with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth operations. - Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders. Required Qualifications and Skills: - Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance). - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools/software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,
