Job Description

Role Overview: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and executing opportunities for substantial revenue growth within designated accounts, significantly influencing the organization's financial success. Your role will involve managing designated accounts, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales quotas. You will collaborate with teams and implement pipeline management practices to drive growth opportunities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business goals and objectives, and match them with organization offerings. - Leverage expertise to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across multiple business units within the account. - Acquire new logos and create a strong presence by expanding market share in the priority area. - Maintain relationships and generate revenue from the newly acquired accounts in line with the goal. - Act as a Trusted Technology Advisor to customers, articulating succinctly the favorable outcomes for the customer. - Manage and coordinate account plans for a given set of accounts, focusing on the goal and steadily increasing share of wallet and value. - Collaborate effectively with partners and specialists to create and implement account plans as appropriate to improve win rates on deals within the set of assigned accounts. - Achieve and manage sales quotas on a quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly basis. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts, analyze trends, and recommend strategies for improvement. - Manage an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning. - Demonstrate the ability to implement margin recovery strategies with complete accountability. - Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of products. Qualifications Required: - Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. - Typically has 7-12 years of work experience, preferably in account management, product specialty (computers, printers, servers, storage), or a related field, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.,
