Comi Chef

As a Commis Chef at our establishment, your role will involve assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting senior chefs in delivering high-quality dishes. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to recipes and standards - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations - Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items - Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines consistently - Support the Chef de Partie and other senior chefs with daily kitchen operations - Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and measuring ingredients - Monitor stock levels and promptly report shortages or needs to the supervisor - Contribute to maintaining a smooth workflow during service hours Requirements: - Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role preferred - Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment, food preparation, and safety standards - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions - Good communication skills and a positive attitude - Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Education: - Culinary certification or relevant training is an advantage If you find this opportunity exciting, please share your resume on 79 7374 3609.
