Responsibilities And Duties

• Backend Development
  

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Node.js and MongoDB.
Implement robust and efficient APIs using GraphQL, ensuring clean architecture and modular code.

• System Design & Architecture
  

Contribute to system and solution architecture decisions for backend services.
Ensure code and design quality through code reviews, best practices, and design patterns.

• Integration & Database Management
  

Design data models and schemas with MongoDB, ensuring scalability and performance.
Integrate third-party services, APIs, and tools as needed for the application ecosystem.

• Performance Optimization
  

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and long-running queries.
Monitor application performance and propose improvements proactively.

• Cloud & DevOps (Preferred Skills)
  

Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain services on AWS.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment workflows (preferred).

• Frameworks & Tools
  

Experience or willingness to work with NestJS for building scalable and maintainable server-side applications (preferred).

• Collaboration & Mentorship
  

Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver complete features.
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and share best practices within the team.

• Security & Best Practices
  

Ensure data protection, secure coding standards, and compliance with industry security standards.

Our Wish List Your Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.Tech preferred).Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional backend development Skills:Strong proficiency in Node.jsExperience with MongoDBSolid understanding and hands-on experience with GraphQL

Preferred Skills (Optional But a Plus)

Experience with NestJS framework

Exposure To AWS Cloud Services And Understanding Of

RESTful API designDatabase schema design and optimizationVersion control systems (e.g., Git)
