Over the years, the studio has built a 60,000 sq.ft. design and fabrication house with a team of more than 300 architects, designers, and fabrication artisans. Utilizing the latest cutting-edge digital technology, Folds Design Studio aims to bridge the gap between design technology and the built environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Representative based in Navi Mumbai. The Collections Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing debt collection, handling cash collection, and providing customer service. The role involves communicating with clients, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records for the organization.

Qualifications

• Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic Finance knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
