Collections Manager

As an Assistant Manager/Manager in the Collection/Recovery department, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection targets of the assigned branches. Your primary goal will be to meet the collection targets for the specified product while ensuring compliance with legal guidelines for collection agencies and in-house collections. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving collection targets for the respective branch - Meeting the collection targets for the assigned product - Ensuring strict compliance with legal guidelines for the entire collection process - Monitoring and ensuring that collection agencies and in-house collectors adhere to legal guidelines and the Code of Conduct To excel in this role, the following superpowers/skills will be crucial: - More than 5 years of relevant experience in collections - Excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation skills with a focus on driving results in a high-performance environment - Effective relationship-building and leadership skills - Proficiency in computer skills, including a working knowledge of computers - A growth mindset with a willingness to continuously experiment and improve - Demonstrated success and achievement orientation - Proficiency in Excel, including V-lookup, H-lookup, and Pivot Table functions - A graduate in any specialization If you possess the above skills and are ready to take on the challenge of meeting collection targets while upholding legal guidelines and fostering a high-performance environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
