Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Communicate with students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS to follow up on pending payments and ensure timely fee collection. Monitor and track receivables, ensuring collections are completed within the defined timelines. Maintain accurate and updated records of communication, feedback, and payment status in the ERP system. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly collection reports with the reporting manager. Build and maintain a positive and professional relationship with students while ensuring effective resolution of payment-related concerns. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage challenging conversations with professionalism. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Excel. Strong time management and attention to detail. Customer-oriented approach with a focus on service and satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com or MBA in Finance preferred). 1–3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer handling roles (experience in the EdTech or service-based industry will be an added advantage).
