Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Executive located in Gurugram. The Collections Executive will be responsible for managing the recovery of financial assets, handling repossession activities, and coordinating with legal services. Tasks include negotiating settlements, tracking overdue accounts, maintaining detailed records of client communications, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role will require close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maximize asset recovery.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial recovery, managing overdue accounts, and handling repossessed assets
• Skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and client communication
• Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to asset recovery
• Proficiency in using call center technology and managing customer interactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the banking or legal sectors is an advantage
