Job Description

📌 Job Title: Field Recovery Executive – Business Loan (Write-off Cases)

📍 Location: Delhi NCR

💼 Industry: NBFC / Financial Services / Recovery

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives (1% to 3%)

📈 Incentives: Applicable after recovery of ₹2 Lakhs

Job Overview:

Field Recovery Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers in
write-off loan cases
at their addresses and business premises.
Persuade and negotiate with defaulters to repay outstanding business loan dues.
Understand and explain the loan settlement options and repayment plans.
Ensure timely recovery of dues as per targets set.
Maintain field recovery reports and daily updates to the team manager.
Coordinate with legal and collection teams wherever required.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of field experience in
Loan Recovery / Collections
preferred.
Must have knowledge of
Delhi NCR geography
.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Benefits:

Monthly Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on experience)
Attractive Incentives:
1% to 3% on recovered amount (post ₹2,00,000 recovery)
Petrol and mobile allowance (as per company norms)
