Collection Officer

Job Title: NPA Telecaller – Collections Location: Gurgaon Experience: Minimum 2 Years Department: Collections/Recovery Reports to: Team Lead/Manager - Collections Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive NPA Telecaller – Collections to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling Non-Performing Assets (NPA) recovery calls and collections, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts and ensuring timely recovery of dues in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers with overdue loans or EMIs, primarily focused on NPA accounts Explain outstanding dues, account status, and recovery process to customers Persuade and negotiate with customers to make timely payments or settle accounts Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions, promises to pay, and recovery status Coordinate with the legal and field collection teams when necessary Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for recovery and call volume Ensure compliance with RBI and company norms while dealing with sensitive customer information Handle objections and difficult conversations in a professional manner Requirements: Graduation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, recovery, or telecalling, preferably with exposure to NPA accounts DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified Strong knowledge of collections processes and NPA classification Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English Ability to handle pressure and meet recovery targets Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Working Days & Timings: 6 days a week Standard office hours Rotational Off Benefits: Performance-based incentives Provident Fund, ESIC, and other statutory benefits Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume.
