Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Collection Officer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibility

Negotiate payment schedules with customers to suit their financial situation while satisfying the debt.

Track portfolio for specific buckets and control delinquency, focusing on non-starters.

Provide efficient customer service regarding collection issues, process refunds, and account adjustments.

Monitor and maintain customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and irregularities.

Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB/IRB regulations and company policies.

Identify defaulting accounts and investigate reasons for default while maintaining healthy relationships with customers.

Job

Graduate or Master''s degree in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.

Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Exhibit excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Be familiar with auditing and regulatory requirements.
