We’re expanding our team and looking for motivated, persuasive, and energetic Debt Recovery Telecallers to join our growing operations team. Key Responsibilities: Make inbound and outbound calls to customers with overdue payments on behalf of banks and financial institutions. Persuade customers to clear their pending dues or work out payment arrangements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments. Follow up with customers as per schedules and ensure timely resolution of accounts. Handle customer queries and objections with professionalism and empathy. Achieve assigned recovery targets within defined timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any stream. Prior experience in collections, customer service, or telecalling is preferred (freshers are invited). Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and/or local languages. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
