Job Description Compensation Band: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month Job Title: Collection Officer Key Responsibilities: Ensure effective Pan India collection management. Engage with clients to drive faster closures of projects. Prepare and share Daily/Weekly MIS reports, and coordinate with clients to review progress. Interact with vendors on a daily basis as per project requirements. Ensure timely delivery of mandates/projects in line with SLAs and customer expectations. Maintain excellent written and verbal communication for both internal and external stakeholders. Use strong MS Office skills for reporting, analysis, and presentations. Qualifications & Functional Skills Required: B.Com Graduate with strong financial understanding. Advanced Excel skills, including formulae and reporting. Target-driven with proven experience in achieving collection goals. Strong external communication and coordination abilities. Client servicing mindset with a customer-centric approach. Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability in high-pressure environments. Quick learner with good grasping and analytical skills.
