Collection Manager

As a Field Force Manager, you will be responsible for allocating, driving, monitoring, and reviewing the field force activities to achieve budgeted targets. You will work closely with accounts, legal, and operations teams to ensure functional support is provided efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include achieving monthly and yearly Roll forward and loss provisioning targets, managing a team of 9+ employees and field collection agencies, and ensuring high-quality recruitment and productivity within the team. We are looking for a candidate who is a Graduate/MBA with at least 7 years of experience in retail collections, preferably credit cards. The ideal candidate should be tactful, persuasive, and have over 10 years of overall experience in this field.
