Collection Executive / Officer

We are dealing in gold buying and deposit taking business. Job description 1. Gold Buying & ValuationConduct preliminary testing and valuation of gold items using authorized tools (e.g.XRF machine). Verify purity, weight, and authenticity of gold items with precision. Provide customers with accurate price quotations based on daily gold rates and company pricing policies. Prepare and maintain gold intake records, valuation reports, and transaction forms. Safeguard gold assets and ensure secure handling during valuation and storage. 2. Customer Service & Relationship Management Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously. Explain company services, processes, gold rates, and policies clearly. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner. Promote additional products and services when applicable. 3. Transaction Processing & Documentation Handle cash collections, payouts, and reconciliations with high accuracy. Maintain transaction logs, customer KYC documents, and regulatory compliance forms. Ensure all records are properly filed, updated, and available for audit. Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. 4. Operational Support Assist in daily branch opening and closing routines. Ensure accurate stock counts of gold, cash, and related materials. Keep equipment such as scales, testing kits, and computers in good working order. Support management with audits, stock checks, and operational improvements. 5. Marketing & Business Development Promote our services to new and existing customers. Conduct on-ground marketing activities such as roadshows, flyers & pamphlet distribution Assist in developing marketing materials and social media content. 6.Daily Field Collections Visit assigned customers to collect payments (cash/cheque/online confirmation). Ensure accurate recording of all collections using company forms or digital systems. Follow the daily route plan and meet collection targets.
