Job Description

Key Responsibilities Contact customers via calls, emails, and messages to remind them of pending dues. Follow up with students, parents, or institutions to ensure timely fee payments. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and payment commitments in the CRM system. Resolve customer queries related to invoices, payment modes, and due amounts. Negotiate and provide feasible payment solutions without compromising company policy. Coordinate with the sales and support teams for dispute resolution. Monitor and track daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports. Escalate accounts with high delinquency risk to the management team. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to collections. Provide feedback to the management on recurring payment issues and customer concerns. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in collections, receivables, or a similar role; experience in the EdTech industry is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
