Job Description: We are looking for a Collection Executive who will be responsible for following up with clients/customers for due payments, maintaining recovery targets, and ensuring proper documentation of all collection efforts. Key Responsibilities: Contact customers via phone, email, or visits to follow up on overdue payments Maintain daily reports of follow-ups, collections, and commitments Achieve monthly and weekly collection targets Negotiate and resolve payment issues with professionalism Update CRM systems with accurate payment and follow-up details Coordinate with internal departments for account-related queries Handle escalations and assist in dispute resolution Follow company policies and compliance procedures during recovery efforts Required Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills Basic understanding of billing and invoicing processes Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple follow-ups Patience, persistence, and problem-solving attitude Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: Recovery Sales: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Required) Work Location: In person
