We are looking for a Collection Director to lead our pan-India collections strategy across multiple lending partners and geographies. This is a leadership role that blends deep operational expertise with data-driven decision-making and strong stakeholder management.

What You'll Do:

Lead and scale collection operations across digital, field, and legal recovery channels

Drive performance across early & late-stage buckets (DPD 30-90+)

Collaborate with lending partners (Banks/NBFCs) and internal teams (credit, tech, legal)

Build & mentor high-performing field and tele-calling teams

Leverage tech & analytics to reduce bounce rates and improve resolution timelines

Who You Are:

7+ years of experience in SME lending collections (preferably unsecured/business loans)

Proven track record of managing pan-India portfolios across delinquencies

Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks

Hands-on with MIS, dashboards, and partner coordination

Passionate about fintech, MSME lending, and making a real impact

Location: Noida
