Job Description

Collection of due payments from existing Members. Ensure Customer delight & consistent service experience including timely resolution of customer queries & issues, to enable EMI collections. Collection of post-dated instruments towards Membership EMI’s. Upsell products to existing customer and ensure maximum revue generation to organization.  Ensure collection targets are met and work closely towards achieving milestone targets. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure members concerns are addressed to with TAT. Responsible for high level of quality communication with customers within laid down parameters & processes by company. Ensure Maximum CSAT on every interaction with Members.  Plan, organize & execute daily duties & data management with minimum supervision. Entice Members to plan holidays and ensure end to end assistance in booking. Proactively retain any potential exit customer and ensure end to end assistance throughout.  Act on feedbacks given Team Leaders, Seniors, Quality & Training or on coaching provided within team as guidelines for improving overall performance of team Skills set required Prior exp. in any Collections, retentions & Customer service would be preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills. Should be proficient in English (speak, read & write). Read and speak in Hindi.  Strong & assertive in handling customer queries & objection handling Executive should be able to provide First time resolution (FTR). Should be efficient in email handling.  Active & patient listener Basic Knowledge of MS excel is must.  Knowledge of Insurance, banking, Hotel, Travel & Tourism industry is advantage. Should know the Basic phonetics. Should possess fair negotiation & convincing skills Strong follow up and internal co-ordination skills Should be able to express & articulate resolution to make customer understand with relevant examples (if any required) Should be proactive and take ownership and honor commitments Any regional language speaking is an advantage & shall be preferred Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Patient Confident, smart, and go getter. Ready to work in shifts Confident, smart, and go getter. Ready to work in extended hours need based.  Customer focus & an eye of detailing
