Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of collection executives within the assigned territory Monitor daily collections for loans disbursed (E-Rickshaws, EVs, Two-Wheelers, etc.) Ensure recovery of overdue EMIs through field visits and follow-ups Coordinate with tele-calling and legal teams for effective recovery strategies Regularly review collection MIS and highlight risk accounts Maintain strong customer relationships to avoid delinquency Visit customers, guarantors, and co-applicants to resolve issues Achieve monthly collection and resolution targets Ensure compliance with RBI and AMU collection guidelines Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in NBFC/MFI/Banking collection roles Strong team management and communication skills Knowledge of vehicle financing, especially EV segment, is preferred Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel Familiar with collection tools, apps, and reporting formats Graduate (minimum); MBA/PGDM preferred
