ob Description: Tele-Collections Executive Position: Tele-Collections Executive Department: Collections / Recovery Location: Marathahalli and Sarjapur road Experience: 0 –3 years (Freshers with good communication can apply) Role Overview The Tele-Collections Executive is responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, reminding them of their outstanding dues, and ensuring timely repayment while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on pending or overdue payments. Explain the outstanding balance, due dates, and available payment options. Persuade and negotiate with customers to make timely payments. Update payment commitments and call outcomes accurately in the system. Handle customer queries related to loan/credit/payment issues professionally. Escalate complex cases or disputes to seniors as required. Maintain daily productivity targets (calls, connects, collections). Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during communication. Build rapport with customers to reduce future delinquencies. Required Skills Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional languages are a plus). Basic computer knowledge and ability to update CRM systems. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Patience, empathy, and ability to handle difficult conversations. Discipline and ability to meet daily/weekly targets. Qualifications Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Experience in tele-calling, customer service, or collections is an advantage.
