Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Associate based in Delhi Karolbagh. The Collection Associate will be responsible for managing loan repayments, following up with borrowers to ensure timely payments, handling customer queries and concerns related to loan collections, and maintaining accurate transaction records. The role also involves negotiating repayment schedules, reviewing accounts for delinquencies, and collaborating with the finance team to minimize outstanding balances.
