Collection Analyst

As a Collection Analyst joining the O2C team for a 3-month tenure in the night shift, your role will involve: - Conducting KPI analysis and reporting within the O2C framework. - Monitoring accounts receivable metrics to ensure optimal cash flow. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve collection issues. - Preparing monthly collection reports for management review. - Analyzing trends and proposing actionable improvements in the collection process. Key requirements for this role include: - Proven experience in collections and accounts receivable management. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and within a team environment. - Familiarity with KPI reporting and performance metrics.
